Alfred 5.5 is here - Find out what's new

What is the PADDLE.NET * ALFRED charge on my card?

Since late June 2021, we have been using Paddle.com to process Alfred Powerpack transactions.

If you see a PADDLE.NET * ALFRED charge (or Paddle.com) on your credit card statement, bank statement, ApplePay or PayPal receipt, it'll be for your Alfred Powerpack license.

The exact way this information is presented on your statement may vary as every bank is different, but you should see either Paddle.com or Paddle.net followed by ALFRED or ALFRED APP.

If your transaction shows PADDLE.NET * followed by a product name other than ALFRED, this means you purchased another product sold via the Paddle platform. Please contact Paddle as we are unable to help you with these purchases.

Finding your license in your email inbox

Search in your inbox for "Alfred Powerpack" in the subject line if you need to locate your purchase receipt or Powerpack license details. If you can't find these emails, contact us on from your registered Powerpack email address and we'll reissue them for you.

Paddle is the UK-based billing platform we carefully selected to process your transaction securely. They act as Merchant of Record, process your purchase, provide your receipt and handle all VAT remittance.
