How can I recover my license code?

We send licenses by email automatically when you make your purchase. Look for emails containing "Alfred Powerpack" in the subject line for the original license email we sent you.

If you can't find your license, please contact us on from the email address you used to register your license and we'll reissue your license code as soon as possible.

Contacting us from an alternative email address will almost certainly delay re-sending your license code.

Recovering a Corporate License

If your team uses a Corporate License, please contact your in-house license administrator to recover the license, as we cannot provide the license details to individual team members.
